This year, Uncorked will be returning to their previous format of hosting both the tradeshow portion and the conference. The 2008 Uncorked Trade Show at Niagara College promises to be the must attend event of the year for growers, wineries, and those doing business in grape and wine.

- Tues. May 27 from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
(Move in from 7:30 am)
- Wed. May 28 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
(Move out until 4:00pm)
